Our goal is to maintain safe and orderly programs for all of our participants (players and spectators), volunteers, coaches, staff and board members. Each and every board member is serious about providing a safe and secure environment that fosters learning and respect for others. Any participant who continually and willfully disrupts the learning environment, uses inappropriate language, displays unsportsmanlike behavior, vandalizes equipment or property could be subject to disciplinary actions such as, but not limited to ejection from game, ejection from ball park, removal from program, banned from property or may face criminal proceedings. 

The Zero Tolerance Policy for weapons, violence, alcohol or drugs will be aggressively enforced. Any participant who is involved in a fight, in possession of a weapon, or any controlled substance could be subject to ejection from game, ejection from ball park, removal from program, banned from property and may face criminal proceedings. Each participant will follow these simple rules or risk disciplinary action. 

The following rules will be enforced by NTRA, Inc. as part of the Zero Tolerance Policy: 

1)Acts or threats of violence, including fights, unsportsmanlike behavior or inappropriate language will result in disciplinary actions such as, but not limited to ejection from game, ejection from ball park, removal from program, banned from property or may face criminal proceedings. 

2)Any participant who threatens any other participants, volunteers, coaches, staff or board member in any manner will be subject to ejection from game, ejection from ball park with the first offence. Subsequent infractions will result in removal from the program and/or banned from the park.

3) Possession of any weapon, alcohol or controlled substance will automatically result in removal from the program and/or banned from the park.

4) Any acts of vandalism of equipment or property will result in removal from the program and/or banned from the park.
